General terms and conditions for events of AOPA-Germany

 

• 1. General

All AOPA-Germany events are based on these “General Terms and Conditions”.

• 2 Registration

Registrations can be made in writing, by fax, by e-mail and on the Internet.

Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received and will become effective with written confirmation from AOPA-Germany. With the registration these terms and conditions are accepted. Due to the limited number of seminar places, AOPA-Germany reserves the right to reject registrations that are received after the maximum number of participants has been reached. AOPA-Germany will inform you immediately about the rejection of a registration due to excessive demand.

• 3 Terms of Payment

The currently valid seminar fees can be found in the current event offer. The participation fees are due upon receipt of the invoice.

• 4 Withdrawal and termination by AOPA-Germany

AOPA-Germany has the right to cancel events if the minimum number of participants is not reached or for other important reasons (e.g. failure of the lecturer). Participation fees already paid will be reimbursed. Further claims cannot be made.

• 5 Termination and cancellation by the participant

If you withdraw from an AOPA event up to 4 weeks before the start of the event, there are no costs. AOPA-Germany will charge a processing fee of 50% of the invoice amount up to 14 days before the start of the event, and the full event fee must be paid in the event of a later cancellation.

• 6 Copyright

AOPA-Germany reserves all rights to seminar and training documents. They may not be reproduced, reprinted, translated or passed on to third parties without written permission. Otherwise, copyright applies.

• 7 liability

AOPA-Germany assumes no liability for items that are taken to the events or for other direct damage. In particular, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of travel preparation costs, costs of a futile journey and cancellation fees for accommodation, flights, rental cars and train journeys.

• 8 insurance coverage

There is no separate insurance coverage for participation in AOPA-Germany events.

• 9 processing of personal data

For the processing of personal data in the context of AOPA Germany events, we refer to the separately provided data protection declaration and the associated declaration of consent.
